SUMMER & FALL IB WORKSHOP ACCOMMODATIONS

Mention CASIE to receive discount rates at the following hotels- all of which are in Atlanta/Buckhead and within 1.5 miles of the Atlanta International School.
During IB Workshops, shuttles are available to and from the following hotels with the exception of the Beverly Hills Inn.
CASIE is not able to provide shuttles to any other hotels.
Please call hotels well in advance to learn about their individual payment procedures, and include registrants' names and school names on check payments.

For any guests submitting a school check for payment of room and tax at Hyatt Place, the check must be received at least two weeks in advance of their arrival date for clearance.  Upon day of arrival, should any guest present a school check they will be asked for a credit card to guarantee payment of room and tax until the check is cleared; upon which any monies will be reimbursed back to the credit card that was presented. Hyatt Place does not accept personal checks.
