• Paid registrants for the original (February) conference are automatically registered for the rescheduled event in November.
• Paid registrants who now wish to withdraw their registrations must contact Starsky Cheng (Starsky.cheng@casieonline.org) by March 31.  Failure to withdraw by March 31 will result in the forfeiture of fees paid.  (If you have already contacted us regarding your status, you need not contact us again.)
• New registrants for the event are welcome and may register at this site now.

There are two registration options. 
1.  Registration for full conference is $700.  All other expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

2.  Registration for the one-day conference only on November 12, 2010, at the National Gallery of Art and Smithsonian Institution*.
Registration fee is $200.

Registration Policy
All registrations are handled by CASIE.  Educating for Today and Tomorrow will be held at the National Gallery of Art and various Smithsonian Institution museums on the National Mall on November 12, 2010, and at the Washington International School on November 13 and 14, 2010. Accommodations are recommended but they are the responsibility of the conference participant. CASIE will send a registration confirmation after payment has been processed.  Payments are accepted in the form of Mastercard, Visa, Money Order, Check and Wire Transfer.  Please call or email for Wire Transfer instructions.

Cancellations
All cancellations will be subject to a US$80 processing fee.  All cancellations for new registrations must be received in writing via email by October 15, 2010.  No refunds will be processed after this date.  All refunds prior to October 15, 2010, will be processed after the conference and issued in the form of check regardless of payment type.  After October 15, 2010, substitutions will be allowed if the registrant is unable to attend, but no refunds will be issued.

 

*Admission to the National Gallery of Art and to all its exhibitions, tours and other public educational programs is free of charge.  Any charge is unrelated to the National Gallery of Art.
