Parent Series: Enhance your child’s school experience
Coffee with CASIE is an educational series developed by parents for parents.
Attracting parents of K-12 students interested in strengthening their
parental competencies, uncovering new tools to help enhance their child’s
school experience and promoting student academic, social, and emotional success.
We host four Coffee with CASIE parent sessions annually, two in the spring
and two in the fall. Each series is geared to address pertinent
questions/issues commonly explored by parents like “What tools can I use at
home to enhance my child’s reading comprehension?” “How are Reggio Emilia,
Montessori and the International Baccalareaute different?” “How do I decode
who my school says that it is?”
Coffee with CASIE is an opportunity for parents to engage in a friendly and
warm environment that fosters brainstorming, role play practice suggestions,
and home activities to actively engage in some of the most pertinent
questions and concerns relating to the parental role in education.
